Ha! This looks quite similar to the bug reported quite some time ago
which IIRC nobody was able to identify. Unfortunately I can't find it
right now. It is possible th
that shows the issue using that latest Zoran Windows build with the latest
Enblend/Enfuse. The problem does not appear in a normal stitch or a straight
blended stitch
I guess that this is a bug?

It certainly shouldn't happen only because of change of output format.
