 This is strange because :
 - when I use enblend, the colorspace is correctly copied to the output file
 - the exiftool command line displayed in the batch sticher window is
exactly the same when I use enblend or smartblend, and the parameter
 -ColorSpace is present.
 - all the other exif info is copied to the output file, only the
 colorspace is missing

The EXIF ColorSpace tag is just a flag that tells if the image is in the
sRGB colorspace. Any non-sRGB image will have the same Uncalibrated
ColorSpace tag value:

Enblend copies the embedded ICC profile from input to output images
without the use of exiftool:

Ok. Thanks for your answer.
That explains the difference.

I've copied manually with exiftool the correct ICC profile to my output
images, so I believe it should be possible to do it automatically with
another commandline option.
As I understood Hugin 2014 allows the customization of exiftool
commandline... I'll try this.

Re: [hugin-ptx] ICC Profile not saved to output file when using smartblend

2014-02-13 Thread SojiOkita
I tried (outside Hugin) with the command line option -icc_profile and it
works.
I tried with Hugin 2014 beta but it crashes before the exiftool pass.

I wonder if there is a way to automate the exiftool pass with -icc_profile
with Hugin2013...

[hugin-ptx] ICC Profile not saved to output file when using smartblend

2014-02-12 Thread SojiOkita
Hi everyone.

I've been using Hugin with smartblend wrapper for years.
A few days ago, I started working with images in a larger colorspace than
before (Adobe RGB instead of sRGB).

The only problem is that in the output file, the colorspace is not present,
so the image can't be visualized correctly.
This is strange because :
- when I use enblend, the colorspace is correctly copied to the output file
- the exiftool command line displayed in the batch sticher window is
exactly the same when I use enblend or smartblend, and the parameter
-ColorSpace is present.
- all the other exif info is copied to the output file, only the colorspace
is missing

Thanks in advance for your help.
I can still use enblend, but I prefer the results I get with smartblend.
