Hello Massimo, all current macOS/OSX builds support 10.9 and newer. Although supporting an earlier version only requires the change of the minimum version number, it would take a few hours to recompile all dependencies and Hugin itself. I will look into that in the next days (maybe even tomorrow). For now, if you want to use Hugin on OSX 10.8 or earlier, you'll have to use Hugin 2014.0 ( https://sourceforge.net/projects/hugin/files/hugin/hugin-2014.0/Hugin-2014.0.0.dmg/download ).
