Unfortunately, the stitched panorama has the same problem.

In the control point tab, the 100% square does not go away when the

Click download, select hugin-0.7.0-rc5.exe. Running that will
create ProgramFiles\hugin\huign-0.7.0-rc5, in which directory you can
double click command files to create shortcuts and optionally
associate the new version with .pto project files.
