Okay, there is also a offset at the 360 deg border.
You can download the original images with 2 pto here :

With these files I could reproduce the issue. This is a bug in 
verdandi/internal blender. 
I've fixed the bug in the repository. Now the vertical line is gone and 
also the problematic file looks fine.

Do I understand this exchange correctly?  I had thought that it
implied that the --wrap option in hugin_verdantiOptions was causing
the invalid flag -w to be passed to nona.  If that's the case, I would
have thought that this is a bug.
