I think that's what Jean-Luc says: _someone_ has to change the fuzzy
flag of each and every translation, otherwise it behaves like a new
string - untranslated...

I fixed the typo manually, so this is not necessary.
I tried the current tip again: when I change the language to French or
Czech (as an example for an already updated language file) the string
gets correctly translated, when choosing an not updated language the
non-translated string is shown. So this works as I expect.
