Tampoco sé mucho de este tipo de licitaciones pero lo que si me parece interesante - en especial en comparación con la licitación de Rwanda que parece haber sido parecido en su enfoque - que la describción en la sección de los contenidos educativos esta bastante amplio. Si lo entiendo bien en Rwanda habÃan requisitos de certificación segun un estandard educativo pero no veo nada de esto en esta licitación uruguaya. [IAEP] [butialo] new activity for programming and robotic learning

There's a new activity, I hope that most of you will enjoy, it's called Butialo (http://activities.sugarlabs.org/en-US/sugar/addon/4457) Butialo is a IDE based on PyPy that allows programming the Butiá robot (http://www.fing.edu.uy/inco/proyectos/butia/) with Lua. Lua is a very fast, powerfull and easy to use language. The IDE provides autodetection of the configuration of your Butia robot, and provides snippets of code showing how to read sensors and do stuff. It also could be used without a Butiá robot for a Lua programing IDE.
