It is pretty easy to write a clock that can be reprogrammed in Etoys
or Turtle Art. Let's discuss it on Thursday.

Clock Activity is focused around the current real-time, but it does  
have some nice features (if sound is working) for speaking the time,  
and showing it in various different formats for comparison.
