[iagi-net-l] Apa yang dimaksud dengan POD basis Ring Fence dalam Cost Recovery ?
Dalam kontrak PSC generasi pasca 2008 ada istilah baru yaitu POD ring fence cost recovery. Didalamnya ada istilah "Limited Commercial Contract Area" Apakah ini yang dimaksudkan sebagai POD basis itu ? Bagaimana ketentuan penentuan daerah yang akan masuk dalam LCCA ini ? Pertanyaan ini akan muncul seandainya kontraktor melakukan pengeboran 3 sumur dari 3 prospek, dan hanya satu prospek yang berhasil secara komersial untuk dikembangkan. Apakah dua sumur yang dryhole (yg berada diluar daerah yg akan dikembangkan) tadi dapat memperoleh Cost Recovery ?
