Maaf baru bisa balas email nya. Kalau dari hasil AVO dan P-impedance sebenarnya 
sama saja pak. Hasil area/volume nya juga tidak jauh beda. Namun dari hasil 
yang sudah kami lakukan nilai P-impedance ini memiliki nilai mirip antara gas 
dan coal...density nya rendah dan kecepatan yg melambat sehingga agak sulit 
mengidentifikasi gas atau coal. Untuk itu kami lebih yakin jika menggunakan 
analisa AVO untuk menentukan keberadaan gas.

Untuk pertanyaan pertama memang dari analisa isotop menunjukkan gas yang ada di 
Binio Fm adalah biogenic gas. Karena nilainya kurang dari -60 0/00.

Pertanyaan kedua, seperti kita ketahui bersama keberadaan gas memang bisa kita 
ketahui dengan ada nya bright spot. Namun sayang nya bright spot ini tidak 
selalu menunjukkan keberadaan gas, bisa jadi berupa coal atau tuning thickness. 
Dan ini juga yang menjadi kekhawatiran kami sehingga melakukan AVO analysis 
untuk lebih menyakinkan kami mengenai keberadaan shallow gas di area ini. Dan 
dari AVO analysis yang sudah kami lakukan confirm dengan data sumur.

1. Jadi sdh di confirm dari isotop C nya bahwa gas yang di Binio Fm itu 
biogenic gas?

2. bisa tolong di elaborate kenapa perlu analisa AVO untuk membedakan gas sand 
dan coal di Binio Fm.?
apakah memang karena tidak bisa dibedakan di P-impedance nya? dulu pernah 
mengerjakan kedua block itu dengan cepat dan dengan RMS amplitude saja sudah 
bisa membedakan gas sand nya dan confirm dengan well.  memang tidak bisa 
memperilhatkan seismic geomorphology yang memperlihatkan depositional system 
nya, karena amplitude nya sdh didominasi oleh gassandnya jadi yang kelihatan 
adalah amplitude yang confirm dengan structure.

Seingatku bright spot disini ambigu, bisa gas bisa coal
Mungkin itu sebabnya perlu Avo.

CMIIW, Problem lain dari shallow biogenic gas adalah tekanannya yang relatif 
rendah. Jadi kalau usernya jauh dan perlu banyak stasiun pompa, bisa jadi gak 
ekonomis lagi.
