The course was renamed to SS21. You can search for SS21, SS210, SS212 (version 2 of SS21). The version of the course is described as ERC. I did teach it as ES210 and later as SS210 - this is simply updated version. For a few years IBM have been renaming storage-related courses to SSnnn. Previously they were named as other mainframe courses, for example: VSAM - BE08, now SS83 RMM - ES21, now SS21 SMS - BE84, now SS05 (afaik) BTW: It is very unwise to have ambigous cousre *codes*. The same course, I mean *exactly same version*, can be named as ES72, BE71 or ES712 (version 2). Some courses in IBM offering are better, some are worse. It always strongly depends on the teacher, but course material is also important. There are other factors which decide about course quality... Looking in the UK catalog there is http://www- 05.ibm.com/services/learning/uk/ta-iris.nsf/(ExtCourseNr)/SS21GB In US catalog ES270 does reference it from operations view. If you contract with IBM for the migration or support for migration to rmm there is education offered as part of that. There is always SHARE - we often cover the basics there, and sometimes more advanced topics; let the MVSS project team know what more you would like. ...or try the IBM Storage Storage Networking Symposium; or call IBM Training and make a request for what you need.
