Has anyone encountered or is working with Sterling Commerce on a Connect:Direct File Agent problem. Connect:Direct receives a file and the receiving directory is given to File Agent to monitor. When the file arrives, File Agent is supposed to trigger a process to send the file elsewhere.
We act as a HUB for data and distribute it all over the Enterprise. It seems File Agent is either asleep or ignoring his/her duties. Sterling has not come across with an explanation.
