Obviously you can not get a 718 if you order any ICFs, zIIPs, zAAPs or IFLs. The lower capacity settings are only available on a z9 with 8 or fewer general purpose CPs. For example, you could order an S18 as a 404 (four reduced speed CPs) with 4 zIIPs, 4 zAAPs, 2 ICFs, and 4 IFLs. All of the specialty engines will run at full speed. G.
