We can use only what we see.

On the other hand, are there any jobs in Edmonton for a senior 
Capacity/Performance/DR/Config specialist with almost 30 years in?

Outside of IBM, I've only met two people with VM and MVS skills.
This is in the Greater Toronto Area, over the last 30 years.
To me, that's rare.
