Gentlemen,
I stand corrected - it is 90%, without approx.
However my question concerned z10 machine - does the .9 factor apply or 
not (and is it really .9 not other value).
As I understand Ted's response - 2xyes: yes, z10 has the factor and 
yes it is .9

It's not approx -- it is 90%m
In z9 it was 0.9 * 0.9
What about z10 ?
Is it again 10% less than previous generation ?
