Yes, from the techdoc: Configuring z/OS to Ensure Successful DASD Swap
Using the CRITICALPAGING Function
This includes storage for the critical address spaces, dataspaces and
scroll hiperspaces associated with critical address spaces, 31-bit
common and PLPA storage.
By the way, PTFs are available for 1.10 and 1.11.
