You can use the CICS application DDOL (DataDictionary Online) if available, or query the Directory dynamic system tables DIR_TABLE and DIR_COLUMN. If you have not done so, I suggest creating an account with CA Support. You can get all the needed documention, and the support staff for Datacom/DB are very helpful.
