The directory entry (DE) starts with a name. If this is an alias, it would 
generally also elsewhere in the DE have the name of the "major".

Those are the only names within a DE.

I don't know what is the "first name".

DE is directory entry, not list. The system uses the entire entry, subject to 
APF.
