RMF / SMF CPU Time

Does anyone have a report that will provide CPU TIME.  We are z/OS v1r13.

Any help would be appreciated.

If part of our workload is going to be processed on another CPU and the cost is 
based on CPU TIME how do we determine what the CPU TIME is currently ?
