Depending on your definition of expired, SEARCHVOLUME should work.  Do you mean 
scratch or certain expiration dates, etc.?  Take a look at the DFSMSrmm Guide 
and Reference.

Otherwise, maybe something like following:

SV VOLUME(*) OWNER(*) LIMIT(*) STATUS(SCRATCH)
SV VOLUME(*) OWNER(*) LIMIT(*) RETDATE(/ddd)

Change asterisks as/if needed.
