PGT003 error

Hi 

I just took a hit on my DEV LPAR which brought it down the error was:

 

PGT003 Explanation: The DASD page slot being released was not previously
allocated, or the slot address is incorrect.

 

Has anyone seen this before and if so what were the issues.

 

I have opened a PMR with IBM.

Check to make sure you haven't overlaid your page space with a minidisk.
