PMRs
It has been a long time since I have opened a PMR. Even then I called the Support Center to open it. Surely one can be opened electronically without too much hassle. How do I go about it? I have gone in too many circles on my own while hunting for the way. Regards, Richard Schuh

I use my IBMLINK user/pw, IBM's Service Link menu, click Electronic Technical Response (ETR), then on the left list of options click either 'Report a defect (problem' or 'Ask a question': fill out the screens ..., you get a PMR number and email notification when IBM's responded, then you go back to IBM's Service Link menu, but click List ETR Records, click Submit, click your PMR number from the listed PMRs.
