I think that this picture was altered... Look at the shadows. Also if the dog were that size proportionatly to the horse it would have to wiegh at least 600 pounds, not 282. Just compare the body mass and its head t the horse. The horse looks to be an average sized Arab and I would guesstimate it at about 1000 pounds. JMHO... Pat G., in MN
