The Cashel caps are great

It has moisture wicking lining and more vents.  I
don't know about the visor part.

No, but I'm going to order one for Cary to have as a spare.  It comes in an 
XXL, and those are hard to find - unless you are ok with the $300+ models 
from Dover!  Thanks for the tip.
