I am finding Maeler Damien whatever stuff in my spam folder that says
my email failed to: and it will have someone on the list. That has never
happened before and makes no sense.
I've been getting those too (from [EMAIL PROTECTED])
but mine aren't going to SPAM. It's like some list members aren't getting
their mail, and the return notice is coming to me, not to yahoo. I've
gotten about 20 of them, starting this past weekend, each one with an
individual member's name. Most of the returned mail was sent to GMAIL
users, but a couple were sent to other users.
There may be a problem with GMAIL's mail, as the yahoo notice Judy posted
said, but yahoo should NOT be sending the return notices back to the
individuals no matter what is going on. That almost seems like a violation
of privacy, for the lurkers who choose to read but not post to the list. A
yahoo automated service should never send me (a list member, not a
moderator, nor a list owner) the names/email addresses of list members,
unless the members choose to post. In these return notices I noticed some
names of lurkers that I had no idea are list members. I don't want these
return notices, and some people may not want others to have access to their
e-mail addresses.
