Maybe - the Internet is full of hoaxes and scams. BUT, Cary and I saw my
old QH gobble up a little live mouse that happened to get stuck in his feed
bucket once. He just swallowed him whole. Granted, that was a small mouse,
and I only saw him do that once, but it made me rethink what a horse might
do. Maybe eating herring has given this horse a taste for meat. :)
I would question how a horse is getting access to rabbits, IF it is true.
Rabbits are pretty quick, and not so easy for a grass-predator to catch.
