Ditunggu aja sekitaran 10-15 menit.
Terlihat stuck dan lama di tampilan boot (hero untuk case ini) itu disebabkan
di background ada proses untuk kebutuhan dalvik-cache dimana mengintegrasikan
file2 yg dapat digunakan secara bersama dari tiap2 aplikasi yang akan membuat
proses lebih optimal.

Aplikasi yg tersimpan di sdcard akan hilang kalau kita melakukan wipe ext partition, tapi kalau hanya wipe data saja file/aplikasi tersebut tidak akan hilang dan akan terload kembali ketika rom diinstal. Sebelumnya sudah dinandroid backup dulu kan ron ? Kalau iya direstore rom yg lama dahulu, terus backup (misal dg mybackup pro) data, setting paramater dan aplikasi. Setelah itu baru wipe dan flash rom yang ingin digunakan, setelah itu instal kembali aplikasi backup yg digunakan ketika membackup (mybackup pro) baru restore kembali hasil backupnya. Gimana pantauan free memorynya bro, apa tinggal sedikit atau masih cukup besar ? Kalau daku monitoringnya biasanya pakai cara mudah dg advanced task manager atau aiSystemwidget. Kalau sudah cukup sedikit memorynya, dimatikan saja program aplikasi yg iddle yang tidak digunakan. Mas Ronny, Heronya sudah diroot kan yah ? Kalau sudah dikau harus download salah satu core romnya dahulu. Untuk yg menggunakan english language dikau harus download 3.0-update-hero-modacocustomrom-core-signed.zip (A) sedang kalau ingin gunakan chinese language download 2.8-update-hero-modacocustomrom-core-chinese-signed.zip (B). Untuk file enhance dan lainnya optional tergantung selera saja, misal untuk enhance akan ditambahkan aplikasi bizcardreader, wapbrowser dan plurk begitu juga dg zip file lainnya yang telah memasukan aplikasi yg berbeda. Untuk masuk ke recovery sudah benar caranya yaitu dengan mematikan handset terus tekan home+power. Setelah itu dilanjutkan dg nandroid backup jikalau ingin membackup rom lamanya tapi kalau tidak langsung jalankan wipe terus dilanjutkan dg update file zip (A) atau (B) tergantung language yg akan digunakan. Setelah itu baru dilanjutkan dengan optional zip file lainnya sesuai dengan selera.
