Kalo boleh yau murahnya itu seberapa? Ukuran murah tiap orang kan lain2..
Saya kasih referensi hotel yang menurut saya murah banget, ga tau kalo menurut Bintang. Namanya Hotel Kuta Beach Club, Jl.Singosari 81, Kuta. tel. 0361-751261, email : [EMAIL PROTECTED] Fasilitas kolam renang, spa, semua kamar ber AC. Room Ratenya kalo lagi rame mencapai Rp.400.000,- ( standart ). Tapi saat ini Bali kan sepi banget coba tawar aja paling2 harganya antara 250.000 an. Atau kalo mau yang lebih murah lagi coba cari aja di belakang Hotel Haris, Kuta. Disitu harganya murah2 banget, sekitar 100-150.ribuan ( Cocok untuk Backpaker ).

Itu penipuan, jelas sekali, jangan diteruskan.
Saya kebetulan menangani perusahaan dibagian keuangan dan pajak, dan saya pun pernah menjual rumah juga.
Karena Apartemennya di Indonesia, maka mengikuti hukum Indonesia.
Ketentuan hukum, apabila terjadi transaksi jual beli property, maka pihak pembeli/penjual masing2 terkena 5% (bisa dinegosiasikan utk beban pembayrannya).
Yang penting, pembayran baru dilakukan setelah ada instruksi dan sudah disahkan oleh Notaris di wilayah tersebut (tempa property dijual).
Biasanya pemilik tidak mengeluarkan uang, sebab langsung d debet dari uang pembayaran property tsb.
Begitu pengalaman saya, smoga membantu.

Gimana sih sebetulnya prosedur penerimaan transfer dari negara lain? 
Sejauh yg aku pernah alami, kayaknya nggak ada deh konsekuensi aku 
harus bayar VAT itu. Kalo masih bingung, bisa liat di email yg aku

Saya juga mau menyampaikan saran sebaiknya memang berhati-hati dan jangan 
mau transfer atau keluarkan uang terlebih dahulu sebelum ada dana yang real 
kita terima, karena berdasarkan beberapa kejadian hal tersebut merupakan 
penipuan (sejenis dengan penipuan yang sering terjadi bila kita dinyatakan 
dapat undian tapi harus transfer uang dulu buat bayar pajak). Terima kasih.

Saya sudah sering mendengar kasus semacam ini, dan seingat saya nama J. Kanu 
jg sudah pernah sy dengar. Biasanya sy mendapatkan unbelievable n 
too-good-to-be-true offers melalui mailings yg masuk ke P.O.Box, atau per 
email, dengan bermacam2 scenario, dan kebetulan semuanya dari Nigeria. 
Selain itu sy pernah membaca cerita (entah benar atau tidak) bahwa ada org 
Indonesia yg sampai nekad terbang kesana demi memburu suatu 'bisnis' atau 
'harta karun' yg wuah, tapi berakhir tragis.

Terlepas dari (maaf) stereotyping negara tsb, sy tidak mau men-judge apakah 
kasus mbak Sisca ini scam atau bukan. Kebetulan saja kali ini mereka 
berhubungan secara interaktif dgn mbak, sehingga kesannya lebih meyakinkan. 
Sy kembalikan kpd mbak untuk menentukan apa ini benar atau tidak, dengan 
mempertimbangkan bbrp point dibwh ini:

- Selidiki alamat email nya, kalau bisa cari pemilik domain lewat who-is 
service, apakah benar berasal dari bank tsb. Biasanya bank akan memakai nama 
domain yg tidak jauh dari nama bank tsb.
- VAT adalah Value Added Tax, atau kalo disini namanya PPN, kelihatannya 
tidak ada hubungannya dengan urusan transfer uang. Biaya yg biasanya timbul 
dlm hal mentransfer valas adalah biaya dari correspondence bank. Apabila 
kita mau mentransfer "full amount" pengirim harus membayar biaya tsb yg 
jumlahnya variatif dan biasanya fixed, bukan persentasi dari jumlah dana yg 
ditransfer. Kadang ada juga biaya penerimaan dana yg dibebankan ke rekening 
penerima (sounds funny), jumlahnya jg fixed, sekitar $5.
- Biasanya transaksi yg resmi dr perusahaan, apalagi dlm industri perbankan, 
tidaklah lazim menggunakan nama individu sebagai pengirim/penerima dana. 
Patut dipertanyakan, mengapa "VAT" tsb tidak dibayarkan ke Std Trust Bank, 
apalagi 'pejabat' bank tsb menunjuk dirinya sendiri sebagai penerimanya.

Kira2 begitu saja pemikiran dari saya, semoga bermanfaat. Silahkan menilai 
sendiri.

Sejauh yang saya ketahui, bila transfer dana maka orang yang transfer tsb harus membayar biaya transfer. Bila dia tidak membayar biaya transfer, maka uang yang ditransfer tsb dipotong untuk biaya transfer.
Jadi dalam hal ini saya rasa anda tidak perlu membayar VAT, karena itu hanya permainan mereka saja. Lebih tepatnya itu adalah salah satu cara penipuan yang dilakukan oleh para bule.
Bila anda membayar VAT, maka setelah itu mereka akan menghilang dan tidak dapat dihubungi lagi.
Sudah ada beberapa rekan yang tertipu dengan cara seperti ini.

Dear All,

Aku mohon bantuan, terutama dari temen2 yang gawe di Bank Lokal ato 
Internasional. Aku punya kenalan, dan dia berniat mo beli apartemen 
di Jakarta (Somerset Berlian - Simprug). Ngakunya orang Bule & 
sekarang lagi dinas di Lagos - Nigeria. Sejauh ini aku udah bantu 
dia, sampe semuanya deal. Means, tinggal pembayarannya aja. Dia 
bilang dia mo transfer around US$300.000 ke rekening Somerset 
Berlian. Tapi ada yg aneh : Kenapa kalo dia YANG MAU TRANSFER, aku 
(sebagai orang yg terima uang) HARUS bayar VAT sekitar 2% supaya 
mereka bisa transfer ke rekening Somerset? Apakah emang itu perlu? 
Gimana sih sebetulnya prosedur penerimaan transfer dari negara lain? 
Sejauh yg aku pernah alami, kayaknya nggak ada deh konsekuensi aku 
harus bayar VAT itu. Kalo masih bingung, bisa liat di email yg aku 
sertain berikut ini. Please help me...

Bersama ini kami mohon bantuan rekan-rekan milist untuk dapat membantu 
menemukan suami/ saudara/ anak/ teman kami tercinta yang hilang sejak tanggal 
17 Januari 2006 sesuai dengan data dibawah ini. 
  
Nama   : Herryanto (foto terlampir)
  Tinggi   : 170 cm 
Berat: +/- 90 kg
Umur: 36 th
Pakaian  : Jaket hitam, baju warna abu2, celana jeans biru & sandal hitam.
Kendaraan : Motor bebek Sanex warna hitam nomor polisi B 3054 KX. 

Kronologis sebelum hilang :
  Seseorang menawarkan TV dengan membawa surat garansi dan meminta untuk 
dilihat kondisi TV tsb ke daerah Cakung, Jakarta Timur. Herry bersedia 
membonceng orang itu dengan motornya untuk melihat TV yang mau dijual. Sejak 
saat itu Herry tidak ada kabar berita dan tidak kembali ke rumahnya. Laporan ke 
Polisi juga telah dibuat. 
   
  Mohon dengan sangat bantuan rekan-rekan milist karena info sekecil apapun 
akan sangat berharga untuk menemukan suami/teman kami. Info dapat diberikan

Saya cuma bisa bantu do'a semoga AC nya mbak Susan tidak 
cepat rusak, amiin.

Kalau belanja elektronik  di Carrefour mungkin begitu kali 
ya...? tapi mbak sebenarnya harga AC di luar bisa lebih 
murah lho.., apa lagi kalau baca di iklan AC koran, pasti 
dapat garansi dan service lebih memuaskan karena dia 
memang specialis AC.

Setahun yg lalu, saya pernah mo nyari Baleno, nanya2
ke orang harganya utk thn. 2000 sekitar 85jt, nggak
tahu sekarang, kayaknya dibawah 80jt...kalo untuk thn.
2001 mungkin sekarang 80jt, soalnya untuk rentang
harga segitu byk saingannya..ada Aerio, Avanza,
Xenia...baru lagi kondisinya...
Buat info aja, Mas Arief kalo mo jual mobilnya di
Bogor aja, sesama orang Bogor yg belinya, krn kalo
dijual di Jakarta, orang Jakarta nyarinya plat
F...kalaupun mau, dihargainnya dibawah pasaran...
Pengalaman saya jual Stream plat F, susahnya minta
ampun...begitu lihat plat F langsung mundur teratur..
Semoga berguna...
Warna apa??untuk warna favorite Baleno, itu Merah
maroon atau silver..yg lain harga bekasnya kurang

Prenz.. Aku dulu pernah mengalami hal tdk meng-enakan dgn carrefour,
walhasil aku iseng kirim e-mail ke [EMAIL PROTECTED] wal hasil sampai
level bos baca semua keluhan ku, terus berbondong2 mereka kerumahku minta
maaf.

Mudah2an account millis tersebut masih terbuka.. Boleh dicoba kirim ke

Dear all.,

Aku mohon bantuannya dong., begini Tgl 4 Juni 2005 aku beli AC
Panasonic 1/2 pk dengan kode PAN CS/CU-C5DKJ di Carrefour Lebak Bulus.
Seminggu kemudian datang barangnya berupa 1 unit outdoor dan 1 unit indoor
tanpa saya cek lagi. Pada saat pemasangan ternyata tidak ada kartu
garansinya.
Lalu saya hubungi Carrefour Lebak Bulus saat itu juga, diterima oleh stockis
bagian Panasonic yg bernama Asep, dan dia menjanjikan dalam waktu 3 hari.
Setelah saya tunggu 3 hari tidak ada realisasinya akhirnya saya telpon
beberapa kali dengan selalu berganti-ganti orang yg menanganinya seperti Bp.
Arif, Bp. Mustafa dan yg lain2nya sampai saya lupa nama yg lainnya dan saya
datang ke Carrefournya untuk minta kartu garansinya namun tetap tidak ada
penyelesaian.

Sampai akhirnya kira2 akhir bulan Juni ada telpon dari pihak Panasonicnya
memberi kabar kalo mereka akan berikan kartu garansinya 3 minggu kedepan
dengan saya memberikan no seri dari unit yg indoor. Dan pihak Panasonicnya
memberitahu saya klo dlm 3 minggu belum datang juga kartu garansinya, saya
disuruh menghubungi sdri. Eka di no 8005767.

Saya tunggu sampai tgl 8 Agustus kemarin ternyata kartu tersebut blm saya
terima, akhirnya tgl 9 Agustus kmaren saya hub. sdri Eka tersebut tapi
ternyata dia bilang "Klo unit dengan kode DKJ itu buatan Mashusita Lokal,
dan smua kartu garansinya sudah pasti ada ditiap2 unit" dan mereka tidak
dapat menggantinya.

Begitu ceritanya Please, tolong dong aku harus gimana nih, gak tau
lagi harus apa..

wah kalau sudah begitu ya susah aku kalau beli barang-2 elektronik yang besar 
(AC, Kulkas Mesin cuci dll) tidak pernah di carrefour karena kita tidak bisa
