All, This starts a 6 week call for nominations for the position of IETF chair. This is a replacement for Lars Eggert, who has indicated that he is unable to complete his term (see [1]).

You can nominate yourself. The deadline for nominations is 2023-10-31 (any time on earth). Nominees should be aware of the potential for variations in this process (see [2] and [3]) and the potential for the term to be two years instead of the expected one year (see [4]).
