I believe all the work done by the Government using public funds is supposed to be Free (as in Freedom) as per the IT policy. So I am issuing my derived work under GPL. @Sreenadh - Thanks for the feedback and the detailed bug reports Regarding the first issue, if you pass the name of a file to the Function Dir, it will return true but this will cause subsequent problems when trying to create the files. Can you please try with a newer version of OpenOffice. The third issue you reported does not exist in OpenOffice.org 2.4. I have included the second suggestion into the template but am not releasing a new version as this is only a cosmetic change. Or did the oCell.AbsoluteName not work in your version of OpenOffice? It is the time for Govt & Finance Department to publicly acknowledge their IT policy violation & technical incapability (even after issue is raised) to offer e-Filing in Open Document Format and accept the solution offered by Free Software Community. Also Govt need to take some solid measures to not prevent these kind of discriminatory practices that violates its own policy Also this incident clearly pointing to the need of Creating solid mechanism to prevent the violations of its own IT policy by Govt of Kerala. However, there is one problem in Fedora 10 KDE, I am incompetent to solve. I need your help with that since you are the Fedora expert. The kdesu command seem to be missing. I cant find out why.
