U can activate online mode do following steps
1.login in admin mode
if it is not possible normal way so,write q=admin on url
2.choose administer option
3.select site configration-->site maintanace->change offline to online
4.if any problem then upload your database curreclty.

I think there are alot of people in our fsug team have deep knowledge in
devoloping websites,forums,n bulletin board.
Can we create our own forum by using these knowledge base?
If anybody have same idea me too will ready to contribute

plz check is there any other server running or not..iss any other server
like ISS already starting at run,u cnt able to open localhost bcoz the port
is already used by tht server.
so first of all stop tht server.and restart .also check the phpmyadmin
file.there is an option to change the passowrd.
sure it will work
