friends i tried to upgrade ubuntu 9..10 through instructions as mentioned in site first i updated my pc completely and then i expected the message new version 9.10 is available but it is not appearing and then again tried with command line sudo do-release-upgrade then i tried but i did not get any new version is avilable message can anybody please suggest me this*
