[Ilugc] Ubuntu 9.10 with Wubi 90 copies in 4 days
Dear All Greetings Somehow , Ubuntu 9.10 impressed my students I have announced about Ubuntu 9.10 release and told them about Wubi installer. With in 4 days, I have distributed more than 90 copies and it is continuing... Surprise to note that, even the 6th Std. Students [ Age 12 ] are able to install along with Window XP, Vista. Without any problem. I am able to observe that it is Wubi made this simplicity. However, I am happy that, they are able to get their freedom atleast in Software. KStars, the application I maintain, requires a lot of love in this aspect. Although it has a lot of features, it lacks eye-candy - mostly because we don't use OpenGL. If someone is interested in learning these by way of contributing to KStars, please send me mail, and I should be able to help during December. This is (hopefully) a win-win situation. KDE benefits by getting a nice new GUI and you benefit by learning OpenGL/Qt and real world coding. Pre-requisites: 1. C++ 2. An open mind 3. [Ilugc] opensource equivalent for after-effects?
Hi, Is there an opensource equivalent for after effects. i tried some open source video editors like avidmux,they r good at slicing and splicing.i even tried kino but i expect a dedicated special effects program as after-effects. can any one help me to find it out?
