This is a strange way to call for commercial vendors. Especially since
the points, in sequence, are completely off. And, if there is indeed a
migration planned, the parameters, SLA etc go un-mentioned.

Not actually I personally know person who have experience of designing the
CBSE result website back-end at the time when he is in class 10th or so,
found vulnerabilities in SBI website at a time when he is in class 12th or
so and fixed it , working for UIDAI on secured XMMP protocol at a time when
is in 3rd year of engineering.

PS : Feel free to conform it through Narendra if you don't believe me.

Note : Their is a mailing list of Indian FOSS teen maintained by Narendra ,
just to their once , and you will find many school going children their who

Can the veracity of the job announcement be corroborated?

Personally, I am very suspicious of such postings.



I would be extremely impressed if I could find a fresher with the
skill sets set out in the forwarded announcement.

Not that it is not possible but  then with that kind of experience
under my belt I would not be interested in a "fresher" job :D

I know its a bit off topic and really subjective.

How many people have actually found a great job/person via the job postings
made on the list.

Please note, I have made a fair share of exclusive job postings myself over
the years, but haven't found anyone myself.

Just out of curiosity I want to know how effective the job postings on the
list.

It will certainly reduce the job postings mail in the list, if its not
effective.

This is really an effective medium. I joined my previous employer via
these job posting, for the same employer when I posted a job
requirement, we got a huge resume pool from which we were able to get
the right talents.
