Start a new thread -- your question, although cron related, is of a different nature. 2. Trim your quotation. Your post has *nothing* to do with the original discussion. Please look at the meaning of '*' in man 5 crontab. Every minute (0-59), Every hour (0-23) on the first day of every month.
