I want to know which ide is better,

 Either NETBEANS or ECLIPSE.
 Now i am using NETBEANS.

But Eclipse is not just an IDE. It is a platform. It provides a framework
for RCP (Rich Client Platform) applications. You can write applications
which runs inside the Eclipse platform.

Netbeans is also a RCP platform.
I am currently developing a Netbeans RCP app. This is as good as the
Eclipse RCP framework.
For me, a little better because Netbeans uses Swing naively.

It is well understood, even in 2010, that the sabotage attempt on Iran's
nuclear programme was an effort of either US or Israel.

It is improper for me to comment further on such political issues but my
hope is that India (our beloved nation) does something about it. DRDO
should atleast modify GNU/Linux to suit their needs, I don't know
whether BOSS is such an attempt.

As far as I know, BOSS's focus is on localization of GNU/Linux so that
it'd become suitable for the non-english speaking public. There is not
much of hardening that I know of on BOSS. But the government could use
some hardened Linux for handling critical data. We should speak to
CERT-IN and NIC and ask them about their security practices. And as
for websites, the situation is so rotten. Recently Anonymous took down
several Indian sites very easily.. This is not good. I myself have
reported more than two instances of site defacements by some
Pakistani Cyber Army or something similar.
