[Ilugc] Recover Ubuntu 12.04 - 32 BIT boot missing in virtual box (.vdi file format)

Hi,

I am installing Ubuntu 12.04 32 bit in virtaul box.

My ubuntu machine at booting time shows below error()



error file not found:

grub rescue
grub rescue
grub rescue


How can i recovered?

inside no boot  folder or etc please help...

How? You might want to package your application into a Docker image
and run it. Please search online for simple tutorials.

In the Dockerfile, specify the above as WORKDIR.

This should be the value of CMD in the Dockerfile.

I have installed an application. For stating this application I may need,

1. change the directory to the installed application
2. Then execute the command foreman start -p 80

How can I create a service for this process and enable it when the system
boot.
