Re: [Ilugc] TN Govt says No to Linux - issues new tender

2011-09-02 Thread A.THILAKAN

Government's policy can be challenged in Courts. Recently, the hon'ble
Supreme Court issued notice to TN Govt on the freebies as promised in the
 election manifesto.

The judgement has come in this case in favour of the govt.

Personal preferences apart, we should have some ethical standards in any

forum FLAMES occassionally but thats part and parcel of any discussion. My
humble suggestion is let us *follow the guidelines set by the coordinator.

please use a conventional quoting style - I cannot find out which is your
 post
and which is quoted. Secondly it looks like you are disputing the
 decision of
the co-ordinator. His decision is final. We may not like it, but when he
 makes
a decision we *have* to accept it and support it. Otherwise there will be
 no
use in having a coordinator. And as far as our coordinator is concerned,
 he is
doing a very good job. He listens to all sides before coming to a
 conclusion.

I fully agree with Kenneth. Our co-ordinator has listened before
posting his decision. So i request Ramados to abide by the
 co-ordinators decision.
