Its is not a scheme but just to make sure people come for workshop and
don't
just block the seat, which can be used by someone else.  Having the exact
count of participants would help in logistics.

I already have few people signed up for full day workshop and I would be In
Chennai
full day. May be I can do my pre-planned workshop b/w 9 AM - 2:30 PM and
then
join ILUG meet at 3 PM to give 20 minutes technical talk.
