[Ilugc] Tamil Type writing tutor for Ubuntu

2012-10-05 Thread Raghavendran
Hi All,

I hope you all are doing good.

Recently i have started fancying the idea of Tamil typing and did some
goggling. But the problem of

the multiple choices seem to affect this process.

I believe many of the ilug subscribers are active Tamil typers(If i may
call :-) ).

Please suggest me a good application to start my Tamil typing learning
experience on my Ubuntu 12.04.

Thank You,

Raghavendran.

Re: [Ilugc] checkpoint configuration in linux

2012-09-11 Thread Raghavendran
Hi Karthik,

Seeing that they have given you an EXE file, I believe it is a IPSEC VPN
client(Correct me if i am wrong).

Ubuntu has a built-in VPN client and i think use it as an alternative to
the check point provided client.

All you need is the gateway address and the user name/password.

I think the following link will be helpful:

http://askubuntu.com/questions/145330/how-to-get-a-vpn-for-ubuntu

Please let me know if it was helpful.

Thank You,

Raghavendran
