[Ilugc] Resource persons on Python
Dear all, The Department of Computer Science, SSN College of Engineering (near Chennai) is planning for a one-day workshop on Python in mid-February'11 (most likely on 19th). Hi KathirVelu, To start rmi registry in unix / linux type rmiregistry& in the terminal (For Windows it is start rmiregistry at the command prompt) The registry is up!! [Ilugc] Messed up my root permissions
A bad accident today!! I messed up with the root permissions of my ubuntu box!! fixed up some parts that are a must for my project!! Still i am unable to shutdown ; it can only log off!! Wish ubuntu had something like restoring to a previous date/time !! I haven't as yet heard of one!! Has someone here stumbled upon one such trick??!!
