[Ilugc] FOSS Seminar @ Sermathai Vasan College for Women, Madurai

[LinuXpert Academy]

All,

I have given an introductory FOSS seminar for 2 hours on 20/08/2009 (Thursday) 
in
Sermathai Vasan College for Women, Near Madurai.

The total participants were around 350 (students of B.Sc (CS), B.Com and other 
departmets were also participated).  After a small introduction of FOSS, I 
requested a student to Install Fedora-11, and a student came forward and 
installed
Fedora-11 and also given few copies of Fedora-11 DVDs.

The response I got was very impressive from both the students and staff members.
