[Ilugc] Inkjet printer suggestion

2008-09-12 Thread Senthil Kumaran S
Hi,

I am planning to buy an inkjet printer for my personal use (2K-3K). I
would like to get some suggestions based on this. The important
criteria here is, this printer must work "out of the box" with Ubuntu
8.04 Desktop, or with Debian Lenny (since those are the only distro I
have in my machine).

I ve already tested an EPSON Stylus C90 printer, with which I was
unable to take printouts from Ubuntu 8.04 though the printer got
detected.

As far as I have tried/used, HP Deskjet printers work out of the box
with Ubuntu/Debian.
