[Ilugc] delay in messages

hi,

I notice a delay of about 24 hours in messages reaching - is it only me?
or is that emergency moderation still on? This is posted at 11.26 am on
the 30th.

and took 21 minutes to appear - at least 21 minutes is better than 24
hours.

I was talking about the messages posted yesterday morning which only
reached today morning.
