pointed out earlier its misleading.

சேமி/சேமிக்க  is more appropriate as காக்க  generally implies protect/secure

actually in the computer context, the word 'save' actually means 'store in 
some permament form' whereas to my ear சேமி means to save up (as in money).

In the recent days, this thread is getting more attention. Already few
lists are running for this purpose alone. So, it is more appropriate
to move this discussion to thous list.

Amachu, Plz give the detail of the lists related to KDE and GNOME
tamil translations. So that, interested people can join and work
togather in this task.

I do not agree - it is clearly marked so that people who do not want to read 
it may not do so. I note that the responses of people are from those who are 
not actively involved with translation, but are happy to help out with hints. 
So I do not see that any purpose will be served by moving to some other list.
