Dear Sir, First of all, please accept my thanks for your kind advise, But It does not solve my purpose, It split the users in 2 parts, i.e ssh group owner and telnet group owner. But neither stop a telnet owner to use ssh service nor stop a ssh group owner to use telnet service.
