We can provide webcast using available tools only. Icecast is a very
good streaming server.
We can stream ogg theora video through it.
A small demo is up  running within NRCFOSS lab :)

One need to install some ogg theora player to see the in windows.
You can use http://www.illiminable.com/ogg/ to see them using the
windows media player. (I haven't tested yet)

I've tested the KLite-Codec[1] pack with Windows media player, and it
playes ogg-theora encoded files pretty nicely.

Motorola A780 simply rocks. You can also telnet into it.

Proud owner of A780, bought it for 13G in June,06. It is very much 
Indian specific , like gprs information for the various mobile vendors.
And you can do a lot more than just telnet into it :)
