Hello, We have Head office in Delhi, Could any one help me on establishing SEZ unit in Himachal Pradesh for IT Industries, I would like to know the procedure, can I run that unit separately as a branch or I have to open new office there? or have to take SEZ registration at Delhi? Please help me on this issue. We're based at Signature Towers in Gurgaon. The office space we currently (about 2850 sq. ft.) have is much larger than what we require in the current team. We had a lot of aggressive growth plans, which are shelved. Our Dev+QA team size is about 25 people. We plan to remain broadly this size only.
