[ilugd] /etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny do not work
Hi friends, I have in one of mine companys servers installed RHEL 4.x AS and firewall is disabled, i have a few questions: 1. How to enable firewall which allow access to ssh, http, ftp 2. /etc/hosts.allow and /etc/hosts.deny do not work i mean i write in hosts.allow 1 IP telnet:IP1 and then in hosts.deny telnet: ALL but even then after saving the files i can access telnet from any machine. Any pointers will be helpful.
