figured the best way to tackle this, is to get on to the mailing list
of freedel and post a summary and/or shortlist of possible topics.

huh! hopped around on the linux-delhi.org site, and could not find
that elusive mailing list. thought raj had mentioned its existence to
me. so googled. discovered the freedel.org website. maybe i'm growing
long in the bluetooth, but i still can't figure out exactly where
we're discussing the freedel talks and event online. also noted
saurabh's earlier posting on requesting access to the freedel blog(?).

over to you. please tell me where and how.

Yes, the approval is done manually by Nishikant.  Will try to find a
